The Nature of Her Community
Health that works with your nature.
When you’re not feeling yourself, you can feel pressured to try harder — eat better, exercise more, follow another set of rules. That can feel exhausting, especially when you’re already doing so much. And more effort isn’t always what your body needs.

As a Nutritional Therapist and Integrative Health Practitioner, I look at your health as a whole: your nourishment, sleep, movement, stress and the world around you. Together, we’ll explore what might be contributing to how you feel and what would help support you.

My approach brings together nutrition science, health coaching and nature connection, with an understanding that your needs can change throughout your cycle and different stages of life.

It starts with getting curious about your body, recognising its patterns and finding practical ways to work with it — so caring for your health feels less overwhelming and more like something you can live.

Perhaps you've been here before...
You've changed your diet. Bought the supplements. Exercised more. Listened to the podcasts, followed the experts and saved more health advice than you could possibly put into practice. But you're still searching for answers.

Maybe your periods have changed. PMS seems to take over more of the month. You're exhausted, your digestion has a mind of its own, you're bloated, you're waking in the night or your moods suddenly feel harder to manage.

Perhaps your body is changing despite doing what you've always done. Brain fog has become a regular occurrence. Or you've reached your late thirties or forties and started wondering whether perimenopause might be part of the picture.

Sometimes there isn't one obvious symptom. You just know something feels off.
So you start looking for answers. Eat more protein. Lift weights. Fast. Don't fast. Balance your blood sugar. Take collagen. Get your steps in. Manage your stress. Don't forget the supplements. Sleep eight hours...

It's a lot.

And despite all the information available to us, many women are left more confused about their bodies, not less.

Perhaps the answer isn't to try harder. Perhaps it's to understand more.

What if we started with understanding your body?
We're given endless advice about what women should be doing for their health. But how much are we actually taught about our own bodies For many of us, not nearly enough. We learn to deal with periods rather than understand them. We push through tiredness. We dismiss symptoms as “just hormones”. We notice things changing in our thirties and forties without really knowing why.

And when something doesn't feel right, we often look outside ourselves for the next answer.

This is why body literacy sits at the heart of the way I work. Body literacy is about becoming more familiar with your body's language — understanding your menstrual cycle, recognising symptoms and noticing patterns in things like your energy, mood, appetite, digestion and sleep. It's about becoming curious enough to ask: What am I noticing? Has something changed? Is there a pattern? What might be influencing this? And perhaps most importantly: What do I need right now?

This doesn't mean assuming every symptom is caused by your hormones or menstrual cycle. Sometimes symptoms need further investigation or medical support. It simply means becoming better informed about your own body, so you can ask better questions and make more informed decisions about your health.
Women's health needs more context, not more rules.
There's no shortage of advice about what women should eat, how we should exercise and what we should do to be healthy. But there's a question I think gets missed far too often: Is this right for me — and is it right for me now?

Because our needs aren't fixed.

They shift across the menstrual cycle, during periods of stress, after having children, through perimenopause and menopause, and simply as our lives and circumstance change. Something that worked brilliantly for you five years ago may not be what you need today. And something that's helpful for your friend, sister or Dr.influencer on Instagram isn't automatically right for you. The woman receiving the advice matters too.

That's why my approach brings together nutritional science, body literacy and cyclical living. We'll look at the evidence, but we'll also look at you. Your symptoms and health history. Your diet. Your menstrual cycle and stage of life. Your sleep and stress. Your lifestyle, environment and what you actually have the capacity to do. Because health isn't another thing to achieve. It's something we can learn to understand and support as our bodies and lives change.
There isn't one way to work with me because there isn't one type of support every woman needs.

You might want someone to take a deeper look at your symptoms. You might want to learn more about your body alongside other women. Your workplace might be looking for better women's health education. Or perhaps you're simply curious about living differently.

Here's where you can start:

Workplace Wellness.
Better conversations about women’s health at work.
From talks and workshops to longer-term wellbeing programmes, I help organisations make women’s health and wellbeing practical, engaging and relevant to working life. This includes The Nature of Her at Work — supporting women through different stages and transitions, from working more cyclically where possible to returning after parental leave and navigating perimenopause and menopause.
The Nature of Her™
What if doing more isn't the answer?

The Nature of Her™ is my free community for women who are tired of the hamster wheel and want to feel more connected to themselves again.

It's a space to step away from the noise and explore a different approach to wellbeing — one that helps us understand our bodies, work with our natural rhythms and recognise that our needs aren't meant to stay the same all the time.

Together, we'll explore nourishment, cyclical living and nature connection, with conversations, ideas and simple experiments to help you notice what you need rather than constantly trying to keep up with what you think you should be doing.

There are no perfect routines to follow and no falling behind. Come and learn, question, experiment and connect with other women — then take what feels useful into your own life.

Less rushing. More nourishing. More nature. More you.
Meet your practitioner.
Hi I’m Holly!
I established Full Circle Health & Wellness to share my passion for natural health and nutrition, and most of all to help others feel well and enjoy life again.

I’ve lived with chronic eczema and seasonal allergies since childhood, developed IBS in my twenties, experienced an autoimmune condition in my thirties and am now navigating perimenopause in my forties. Each stage has brought new challenges and a deeper curiosity about my body and what it needs.

During my first pregnancy, I began exploring natural health and nutrition. Working with a practitioner who introduced me to lab testing helped me understand what might be contributing to my symptoms. It was life-changing — improving my own health and ultimately inspiring a new career.

Fast forward eleven years: my eczema has gone, my allergies have reduced and I no longer suffer from IBS. Today, I’m a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist, Integrative Health Practitioner and health coach, with a master’s in Nutrition Science in Practice and over five years’ experience supporting clients through health coaching and personalised nutrition.

Along the way, I’ve learnt there’s no perfect diet or one-size-fits-all exercise routine. Our needs change with our circumstances and stages of life — and, for women, can shift throughout the menstrual cycle too. What feels nourishing and manageable at one point might need adjusting at another.

So let’s take a step back from chasing the “perfect” way to be healthy and look inward. I bring together nutrition science, practical support and a love of nature to help you understand your body’s signals and find what works for you, in the life you’re living now.

Thyroid & Hormonal Health.
Are you constantly tired and fatigued? Do you have trouble sleeping? Is your cycle irregular? Do you suffer from PMS and bloating? Are you struggling to lose weight even when eating well? Do you have headaches and migraines?

These are just a few symptoms linked to hormonal imbalances, and the Thyroid is at the heart of many.
Our bodies are made up of complex interconnected systems and our Endocrine system governs the hormones - or chemical messengers - that the body uses to function. Our hormones can affect almost every system and process in the body.
The thyroid gland is a butterfly-shaped organ in your neck that produces thyroid hormones, its been referred to as the 'thermostat' of the body as it maintains our temperature as well as controlling metabolism, energy production, growth and development.

Together we will identify the root cause of your imbalance,
remove toxicities and replace deficiencies.
